1. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We deliver both within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations.

UK shipping: £5.99 flat rate, or free for orders over £50.

International shipping: £15 flat rate, or free for orders over £250.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
We usually dispatch within 1–3 business days.

UK deliveries: 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International deliveries: 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on customs clearance.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your art’s journey to your door.
4. What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Please contact info@cprrt.com for instructions.
5. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take great care in packaging, but if your piece arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Do you offer custom or personalised art pieces?
Yes, we love collaborating on custom projects. Please get in touch to discuss your ideas and we’ll explore the possibilities together.
7. Are your products sustainable?
We aim to use environmentally considerate materials and packaging wherever possible, without compromising on quality or longevity.
